1.Overview

SpinPigs is a decentralized application (dApp). We value your privacy and collect minimal data. As a blockchain-based platform, most interactions happen directly between your wallet and the smart contracts on Polygon — we do not require registration, email addresses, or personal identification.

2.Information We Collect

• Wallet Address: Your public Polygon wallet address is used to interact with the smart contracts. This is publicly visible on the blockchain by design.
• Usage Data: If analytics are enabled, we collect anonymous page view and interaction data (pages visited, features used) through Google Analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Error Reports: If error tracking is enabled, we collect anonymous crash reports (error messages, stack traces, browser info) through Sentry to improve platform stability.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, government IDs, or any other personally identifiable information.

3.How We Use Information

• To provide the rotating savings service (smart contract interactions)
• To display your group memberships, positions, and payment status
• To improve the user interface and fix bugs (via anonymous analytics and error reports)
• To monitor platform health and detect issues

4.Blockchain Data

All transactions on the Polygon blockchain are public and permanent. This includes your wallet address, deposit amounts, payment history, group memberships, and withdrawal transactions. This data is inherent to blockchain technology and cannot be deleted or modified. Anyone can view this data using a block explorer like PolygonScan.

5.Cookies and Tracking

• Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics may set cookies to track anonymous usage patterns. These can be blocked by browser extensions without affecting platform functionality.
• No Advertising Cookies: We do not use any advertising or marketing cookies.
• No Cross-Site Tracking: We do not share data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

6.Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services:

• Polygon Network: Blockchain infrastructure for all transactions
• Aave V3: DeFi lending protocol for yield generation
• MetaMask / Web3 Wallets: User-chosen wallet providers for transaction signing
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics (if enabled)
• Sentry: Anonymous error tracking (if enabled)

7.Data Retention

• On-chain data: Permanent by design (blockchain is immutable)
• Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default retention policies (14 months)
• Error reports: Retained per Sentry default retention policies (90 days)

8.Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is limited data subject to deletion requests. On-chain data cannot be deleted due to the nature of blockchain technology. If you have concerns about any data we may hold, please contact us at support@spinpigs.com.

9.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
